Process automation & AI

Automate the Work That’s Slowing You Down

AI and automation get a lot of hype. We use them where they earn their place — reducing repetitive work, cutting errors, and speeding up the processes your team shouldn’t have to do by hand. The result: more time for the work that needs judgement.

Scope

What’s involved

Business process automation

Repetitive, rule-based work moved from people to software — data entry, notifications, handoffs, and follow-ups.

AI workflows & integrations

AI applied to specific tasks: drafting, summarising, classifying, extracting, and answering — inside the tools you already use.

AI agents for multi-step work

Systems that work through multi-step tasks — gathering information, making routine decisions within set limits, and knowing when to hand off to a person.

AI-enabled knowledge systems

Internal knowledge made findable and useful: an assistant your team can ask about your own processes, policies, and documents.

Document processing & information extraction

Invoices, forms, and documents read automatically and pushed into your systems — instead of typed in by hand.

Automation between existing apps

Connecting the SaaS tools you already pay for so data moves automatically instead of being copied between them.

Outcomes

What you get

Delivered as working, measurable improvements — not just a handover document.

  • Automation that removes real, measurable manual work
  • AI used where it is genuinely useful — and not where it isn’t
  • Fewer errors from copying and re-typing
  • Faster responses to customers and staff
  • Staff freed for work that needs judgement
  • Clear safeguards, oversight, and human handoff points

Approach

How we approach automation & AI

We audit your workflows to find the automation that pays for itself: the repetitive tasks with clear rules and measurable volume. Then we build the smallest useful automation first.

When AI is involved, we are deliberately conservative. We use it where accuracy is acceptable and errors are catchable — and always with human checkpoints for anything important.

Questions

Common questions

We’re interested in AI but don’t know where to start. Is that okay?

That’s the most common starting point. We begin with your processes, not with the technology, and identify the two or three places where AI or automation would deliver obvious value first.

Will automation replace our people?

No — it removes the repetitive parts of jobs so people can do the parts that need judgement and customer care. That’s usually what our clients actually want.

Is AI output reliable enough for business use?

For many tasks, yes — when it’s designed with the right constraints and checkpoints. We never put AI on an important step without a way to catch mistakes. Where AI isn’t reliable enough, we don’t use it.
